well I shake my legs and that makes my mom and other people pissed

I play with items on my desk. This is bad because many times I've stimmed on 3d prints and ended up destroying them

Most typical thing is probably like shaking one of my legs. My grandma can't stand that for some reason.

Repeatedly like stroking the front part of my hair and pulling back any loose ones, which sometimes ends up with me pulling single hairs out which isn't great.

So recently I noticed the case for my wireless headphones makes this satisfying sound and feeling when you push on like the two parts connected by a hinge in opposite directions, I'm guessing because the hinge has a spring inside or something, and this certainly scratches that itch in my brain.
