Is there a specific "age rating" I should aim for?

The zine has a max rating of PG-13 or teen. You can have a piece that ranges between General Audiences and Teen. Suggestive content is permitted to a point. Nothing explicit is allowed. If it's shown in Shonen and/or Seinen manga or anime, it's permitted.
