LMAO its funny how this keeps happening to me. (i send an ask shortly before an event reveal / stream and they get comically proven wrong) the world's got it for me. fortunately it didnt mess up my predictions much, and most of them mostly stand. so here's what i think now:
end of june - fes kanaena + emu toya vbs rin
since rin is pretty much locked in the banner, and kanaena are pretty much the only fes option (IF unit pairs!), it's just not possible to have a l/n char in here, unless it's either not emu mixed, or mixed fes pairs (honakana). so there's no explanation for why l/n wl is in late july
end of july - shizuku, mizuki, niigo meiko
niigo meiko's revival is sooner than expected, and it confirms mizuki over kanade since kanade's extremely likely fes now
end of august - tsukasa, nene, rui
stealing this one. it makes a lot of sense. lets go
anni - fes mikurin + an, saki, haruka, ena
same thing as before
and that'd leave i think mafuyu, airi, and kaito with just 5 lims after anni (not including sanrio airi), so i imagine they'd do airi+mmj kaito and mafuyu in the two lim events following anni

Definitely in agreement about Junefes and WxS lim. I think ShizuMizuMeiko is also pretty sensible? I’m trying to think of something else but like… what else even is there? It can’t be Leoni due to b2b, it can’t be WxS due to lim b2bs, it can’t be any Niigo except Mizuki, it obviously can’t be Minori (thank god the poor girl needs a break. I just feel so bad for her and her fans) and the rest of MMJ are kind of like picking your poison (lol)
I unfortunately think Sanrio counts at this point—all the characters in it were pretty dead around it and all the ones with Sanrio conveniently all being behind on hairstyle makes it umm… suspicious, to say the least. It also makes the goldilocks gap of 2 unbalanced without it iirc? But hey, what do I know. Who knows what goes on there… it’s a total shame if it does, because 6 people just having less hairstyles is just cruel.
I think you’ve got some of the lim counts wrong—Len would also be behind as well as Honami. But…
I actually think with Rin here it’ll be MikuLen on annifes, plus it gives them a boy on anniversary which would be pretty expectable imo
