I do think it would be insane to leave it ambiguous Still after deliberately setting up the reveal for nearly an entire year (WL was the first serious push) but ... I also fear if they don't leave it ambiguous they might just rug pull the entire thing and reveal it was bait all along and Mizuki is cis (in some way). I'd hate that. We'd all hate that.
