Hi, I have a question, do you accept recommendations for maybe Sci-Fi Book Series? One I could recommend to you not because it might be a thing but because it kind of reminds me of some of the stuff you make. It's called the foreigner series by C. J. Cherryh, it's like a 21 book series with a 22 coming out this October of this year, to sum up what it is about it asks a question, what if a bunch of humans loose a colonization attempt to the aliens that were in the victorian area? This is the setting for a characters adventures of Bren Cameron, the human ambassador who has to navitate the social and political situation of the atevi. Irs described as . It has deception, aliens , action and it is surprisingly aromatic friendly . The cons are definitely the amount of books and since I have no idea what your situation is you might want to ether use Overdrive/Libby if you have a good library card that's for a well funded library then reading the books could save you space on your bookshelf then the price because these books are long running and old sp there is a bunch of inexpensive copies or just getting the audio books if you can, the second con is that it is that the only thing that may not be interesting to you is the fact that the aliens do not look interesting to you is that they are Kind of boring in physical design, at least what the TV tropes page can describe but it kind of makes up for that fact with why the aliens are written, I mean it's a little outdated but is still in a way that it is believable and cool. The third con is that there may not be alot of women but they are strong in personality and strength, one is Jago Assassin and bodyguard of bren who is just wonderful and the other main lady is ilisidi, she is a combo of badass, scary and really funny. The 4 con is that the first book is not the best in the series and tries really too hard to stuff as much stuff in a book as it can. The reviews I could suggest to you to read is this one from good reads ( https://www.goodreads.com/review/show/1099763906 ) , episode 17 of a podcast called "Read The F***King Book" and this article that in a website with a bunch of praise for the series ( https://dianthaa.com/2022/04/07/foreigner-by-c-j-cherryh/ ) in case I don't do it justice with what I am saying. I also don't blame you if you have to time to read those books as another con as well like I can do as well ( I made a freaking side blog where I post my current atempt to write about what i feel about the books on a tumblr side blog ( https://fansideblogtocjcherryth.tumblr.com/post/729356505784172544/short-abouttags ) Thank you for the time to read this

Oh, I am rather interested in some of what you've described, so thank you for putting it on my Radar :O
