Im still learning myself but I always draw bodies with references... more specifically observing how my own body works because sometimes Im too lazy to google specific references lol. I have certain rules I vaguely keep in my head like shoulder proportions (width of 1 shoulder = width of 1 head), the elbow being aligned around the narrowest part of the waist when determining arm length, stuff like that. Dont be afraid of making weird poses and taking pictures to use them as a reference. I do this with my hands a lot by bending them weirdly, it's fun to shape them.
