YES especially if we’re looking at Jude Law being what Arthur maybe have looked like. Like I feel like he’s mean to him because he’s insecure that he’s not that built , he’s slimmer (if we’re going with the movie version of Philip) and Henry is as tall or slightly taller than him. I also think that he has classic older sibling syndrome and envies the younger siblings for being more carefree where as he HAS to be responsible and like a third parent.
