One night one thing leads to another and the two end up kissing but Henry pulls away. Alex, frustrated and feeling rejected tells “why do you hook up with all these random guys but won’t give me a second glance!?” To which Henry responds “I don’t care for any of those men, could never love them. YES especially if we’re looking at Jude Law being what Arthur maybe have looked like. Like I feel like he’s mean to him because he’s insecure that he’s not that built , he’s slimmer (if we’re going with the movie version of Philip) and Henry is as tall or slightly taller than him. I also think that he has classic older sibling syndrome and envies the younger siblings for being more carefree where as he HAS to be responsible and like a third parent. My hc is that Henry, later in his writing career, publishes a storybook for children. But before he publishes it he reads every single story to Alex before bed. I can imagine it like Alex with his head in hen’s lap listening, occasionally asking questions, because Henry’s stories always carry a deeper meaning.
