What's your favorite way to de-stress when life gets chaotic?
I'll go with meditating again. I have been doing it for a few years, so I don't really have another thing to do to feel less stressed when everything feels hard. But, lately I learn that instead of erasing the feeling of stress that we feel, it'd be so much better if we know how to embrace it. Accept it. Befriend it. Every negative emotion is walking side by side with the positive emotion and what we can do is to keep it balance. Maybe, self-talk is helpful as well!
