What's your favorite way to de-stress when life gets chaotic?

Sleep, or maybe just a nap. I love what it does to my brain like doing some kind of factory reset.

literally i just crying in my bedroom til i get feel better.. then i watch some comedy movie, i guess?!!

take a shower and sleep, seriously. its like resetting your whole mood and motivation when you take showers.

When life gets chaotic, my favorite way to de-stress is by immersing myself in nature. There's something so calming and rejuvenating about being surrounded by the beauty of the natural world. Whether it's taking a leisurely hike through the woods, finding solace by the beach, or simply sitting in a park and enjoying the sights and sounds of the outdoors, nature has a way of grounding me and helping me find peace amidst the chaos. It's a wonderful reminder to slow down, breathe, and appreciate the simple joys in life.

mm, sometimes, the best thing ever is to just snuggle up under the covers and take a big nap. it's like pressing pause on the whole world for a little while! or, if i'm not quite tired, i'll put on some of my favorite music, the kind that makes me want to twirl around the room like a ballerina. that always makes me smile. but my most favorite? definitely chatting with my besties. we tell each other secrets, giggle about silly things, and just remind each other that everything will be okay. those talks are the best medicine ever!

Silent reading, i put on my headphones and listen to my go to playlist, then i’ll turn off the light and let my reading lighting taking over.

I used to stress-eat to cope with stress. I know it's unhealthy which is why i'm trying to find an alternative.

I think for me I would just spend time inside the room, with music, books, sweets and some funny series even. When I still feel like going out, I would spend my time outside— cycling then sit in a cafe!

Apa ya.. Tidur kayanya? Tidur yang bener2 lama 12 jam gitu atau tidur lama, bangun bentar, tidur lagi.
