this made me realise i don't read as much genfic/non-romance as i should (or remember that many...) but i enjoyed
- hey, baby! by lacquer, university marching band au, what struck me in this was seungkwan's characterisation, and the dialogue which is something always cool to me as someone who personally struggled with it
- circles - miuyi (rainiest), wonwoo-centric where a group of friends make the drive to attend a friend's wedding. loved the floaty feeling it gave me.

• The Mark of an Educated Mind - this one i read a Long time ago. but basically canon compliant nmjoon reads fanfiction, i can't remember whether there's real romance in this, but the tag says pre-relationship! it was interesting to me, at least for someone who only just started writing fic back them
