i wanted to ask you, ignoring the crazy stans (like other anon who is sending the same message to all rps accs 😭😭😭), what is your opinion about it?
I’ve read so many diff things on the tl! Some people are saying that it’s for renjun (i giggled and cried and kicked my feet and fainted and threw up), other that it’s for us Sunflowers, others that it’s just a perfectly executed love song, not addressed to anyone and the use of girl is to keep the nct mood (they often put ‘girl’ and also… it’s Sm yk, they’re kinda pushed to use Girl in love songs), others are saying the song is actually pretty gender neutral a part from the ‘girl’, and others are saying is def dedicated to his blue eyed girlfriend and the rest of us are just delulu losers 😭😂
What do you think about it honestly?
I’m gonna say, I think he wrote it to show off his love songs writing skills and it’s not addressed to anyone in particular, and the ‘girl’ is there bc it’s commonly used in their songs and doesn’t really mean anything…. but I’m wondering if this is rational thinking or if i’m just being lowkey stupid 😭
