Hi, is the age restriction subject to change? I’d love to apply, but iirc only 16+ contributors are allowed to participate?

Unfortunately, the age restriction won't be changed anytime soon. And yes, only 16 and above ( at the time of application or when results will be out ) are allowed to participate.
