"the pain wasn't worth it, but it also wasn't wasted." meaning that, despite of the pain that it carried there was also a lesson that came with it. pains in general isn't there to make us feel horrible or in pain. they can also be a lesson for us while we grow. because without pain, how are we able to bear things? if its always the good thing, how are we able to step forward and change. pain is inevitable but we can also do things to bare the pain, it's up to ourselves if we want do something with it or just let it be.
