i don't handle those feelingsㅡi swallowed them and move forward. if i have a chance to apologise, i'd try my best to do so. yet if any other circumtances occurred, i'd just move forward and be more thoughtful of my acts next time.

for me, it is anger. whenever i got mad or angry, i'd straight up cut them off and not giving them a chance to explain themselves.
