No, probably more frustrated. We got strongly encouraged to use either Emacs or Vim during my last year of classes, and I tried Emacs first, then gave up and switched to Vim after learning it through vimtutor on tilde.town. Now I'm used to Vim and I don't have any reasons to want to switch. Even if Emacs happened to be objectively better, I would still use Vim because it gets the job done well and switching would take too much effort.
