I don't have any comfortable position when sitting down on the floor. Having my legs straight in front of me will hurt my back and will cut blood circulation to my legs. I am definitely not supple so I can't sit cross-legged comfortably, and because I have knee issues, being on my knees for too long will have dire consequences. I just switch between various positions and hope that I will not have to sit for long…
