Spending too long thinking about shameful things will make me spiral down some negative thoughts, and there are a lot that I don't want to talk about publicly, so I can't reply to most questions about shameful things. I'm not even sure of how to really compare each shameful thing to find the worst one. I guess it just depends on the day, depends on what my mind wants to bulli me with that day. I've got enough distractions to make it stay rather quiet today and I would rather not change that lol
