Yup. I was invited into one that was running an e-commerce website to allow people to buy things from independent shops in the city center and get them delivered, to try to help support local shops. I had tea weekly with the other members after school, where i was mostly just chipping in with ideas and searching for things online. I ran the Facebook and Twitter accounts of the association as well. That was fun and lasted for a few months, but we simply couldn't keep it running because we weren't getting any support from the municipality to provide better services and were stuck in some problematic contracts with the bank that we could only cancel by closing entirely. This whole project was inspired by a similar initiative from another city one train station away that greatly succeeded; the only difference with us was that they had gotten support from the municipality.
