PokeOC friendos arise! What's one habit your OC is aware they should quit but haven't yet done so? For Grim would be smoking, but don't fret, he gets there eventually.

Astra does the thing where she herself trains against her Pokemon, which would be fine if she was a fighting specialist but she is a. electric specialist.
Nettle has a habit of trying antidotes on herself before using them on Pokemon since yknow... how else is she supposed to test more effective remedies.
