it would be funny if people think that Neuvillette would be the stricter parent but in reality it's Wriothesley because of his past he simply mistrusts humans more. And the fact the kids got kidnapped once only adds to his trauma/paranoia. Ok… this got depressing… so maybe Wrio would also need to overcome or learn how to live with this fear and i also wonder would he want to tell his kids about his past? ofc he isn't ashamed but maybe afraid they might get scared of him or pity him or something…
and on the other side how would the adorable noodles react if someone told them their father is a murder…

wriothesley is definitely the stricter parent and much more worried about the girls and their safety, i think, for exactly the reasons you mentioned. they'll definitely have to tell the kiddos about why/how papa got his job, but that's for when they're older and can understand, i would hope. but we know that kids can be cruel, and someone might definitely say something to try to bully the twins especially...
