hi thank you for asking! i would highly encourage taking a full, uncut video of the unboxing process, and in the event any items are broken, please email me with the video and we can discuss a refund of your order! i unfortunately will be unable to refund shipping, and in the event only the freebie coaster breaks (extremely unlikely, if one item breaks it's very likely everything else will too), i cannot offer any amount of refunding. in the case of the package getting lost in transit, i can only offer a partial refund.
however, i will do my absolute best to make sure everything is packaged carefully and securely to ensure there is no breakage en route (after all, it is my artwork and i do not wish to see it damaged either!) hope this helps!!

hi!!! um inspiration wise i get a lot of it from the media i interact with; stories, music, looking at other people’s art on the internet or in galleries.., i like to observe and process these things then imagine my own ideas within those frameworks. basically anything that i see or think about that makes me feel intense emotion is inspiring to me! i can give more detailed examples of anything if you’re interested in it!!
what i like about painting is that it’s so meditative,, i can just sit there for a couple hours squashing colors around a canvas and sometimes it comes out ugly as hell but sometimes it comes out pretty.. it’s for this same reason that i like pottery or drawing with ink bc i can sort of shut my mind off and purely enjoy the process of creation if that makes sense ?

thank you for asking! this will be a slightly longer answer but will contain necessary information for anyone interested in ordering anything from my shop.

those on the emailing list will receive an alert that the store is officially open, and i will update my socials accordingly a couple hours after the email. there will be two products available on my shop, mugs and coasters, with 8 and 16 available preorder slots for each. please note that due to how inventory tracking functions on BigCartel, you will not be able to select the variation you would like in the product page. instead, once you are on the “Details” section of the checkout process, there should be an option to write “Notes or Instructions.” please enter the names of the designs you would like for the products you ordered.

so, for example, you ordered one mug and one coaster. in the “Notes or Instructions” field, you might write “thistle, thistle.”

after all preorder slots for mugs and coasters are filled, or after one week, i will begin glazing all of the items. those will get fired after several weeks, depending on how quickly i'm able to work and studio constraints. after firing, they will be shipped out to their final destination.

shipping will be charged at checkout, based on US region and items ordered. currently, it looks like regardless of region, shipping will be around or less than 10 dollars for an individual mug. i hope this helps!
