Who's your favourite anime/movies character and why you love them?
My favorite character is Rapunzel from Tangled. I love her for her adventurous spirit, optimism, and her journey of self-discovery is inspiring.
Eloise Bridgerton from the Bridgerton series. because she’s a vibrant, independent, and curious woman who refuses to conform to societal expectations. imo Eloise values intellect and freedom over romance and marriage, making her a refreshing contrast to many of the other characters in the series. her character is beloved for her wit, boldness, and the way she challenges the status quo of Regency-era life.
A character from TV series, Dexter Morgan. Because I am him, and he is me. All jokes aside, I feel like I could get a grasp of his 'insensitivities' which caused people to constantly see him as less-humane (which is canon, unlike me) and I kind of got used in receiving such verdict as well. And this might be a reach but the way we think—the way we rationalize things, is pretty similar. In example, I watched his series then this one scene rolled out and I already had a particular scenario in mind as a response towards that scene. And the next moment Dexter opened his mouth, he basically voiced out my thoughts. So it's safe to say that we share the same braincell, that's why I love him.
I think I am in love with Margaery Targaryen for she knows what she wants, and cunningly make a path for herself to achieve it without intentionally hurting anyone.
Joanna Mason, she is awfully realistic and loyal nevertheless that she is mostly out of the world and super-duper rude, but you know, there is plenty of way to cope up with this damned universe.
Iron man, he's very brave, a good leader and very wise.
Jason Bourne from The Bourne Series, Michael Corleone from The Godfather Trilogy.
howl from howl’s moving castle and haku from spirited away! i love ghibli boys. <3
It’s Walter White from Breaking Bad. His complexity is what makes him so compelling to me. He’s driven by a compound of pride, desperation, and this intense need to provide for his family—no matter the cost. And what I find fascinating is how he constantly shifts between being someone you sympathize with and someone you’re horrified by. These layers in his character make him unforgettable and, for me, the most memorable figure in the entire series. I like an ambiguous character with so many layers to discover. It feels like White is the character I always yearned to see in a series—because I can unfold the layers of his character as the episode goes by. Also, Breaking Bad is my favorite series of all time. Watch it—if you haven’t!
Kendall Roy of Succession. In spite of his privilege, he has desire for validation from his family makes his character complex and vulnerable. He aims high and desires power but is often undone by his own missteps and inner turmoil. This tragic element makes him both sympathetic and fascinating to watch. Despite his flaws, Kendall has moments of clarity and redemption where he tries to be morally righteous, especially when he seeks to expose his father's corrupt practices.
Kendall's complicated relationship with his father is the core of the series. He's also self destructive in terms of failure and identity and this makes him relatable in some ways, for me especially.
My top 3 (SINCE I CAN’T CHOOSE 1)
1. Levi Ackerman - AOT
2. Megumi Fushiguro - Jujutsu Kaisen
3. Osamu Dazai - Bungo Stray Dogs
Number 1 and 2 since they’re cool. Always with no expressions but having the strong sense of morality and empathy. I mean hello who doesn’t know Captain Levi has the greatest leadership as a soldier! Also Megumi has his loyalty as a sorcerer. As for Dazai, his character is unique. Actually i was more interested in Chuya but then Dazai has more attractive traits like— no one and nothing can surpass his mind. Also, the 3 have unique and special abilities/skills. And i cannot choose one between them since they have their own strength which cannot be replaced with another. Mmm so yeah.
