How do you get over your memories with your ex?

It's never easy to get over the memories with an ex, but i think it's important not to dwell on it too much. It's okay if it still hurts, but u shouldn't let ur past stop u from moving forward and looking towards ur future. It's okay to still remember but don't letur memories define u, okay?
