Guys, do you have a special habit (like its something you will always do) before sleep or start doing things? For example, i sprayed some perfume on my body before i go to bed

I don't think it's special, but sebelum tidur biasanya I do make sure dulu kalau mineral water udah cukup dan ada di kamar. Terus I got two until three pillow buat alas kepalanya? I can't sleep at night kalau terlalu rendah..
