omg hello again rei what an honor it is to have you as the first person on my rs.. 💘 i think i may be the least equipped person to answer this since i don't consume superhero-related media often but i'll give this my best shot... my apologies in advance i'm whipping out the superpower wiki rn

renjun: omnilingualism + omniempathy! tbh i don't necessarily see him obtaining a power that involves physicality/external forces. his power mostly comes from within. the way he sees the world always makes me wish i was as introspective and interpersonally adept as he is, so i can imagine the absolute damage he'd deal to everyone in the universe when his ideas (+ cuteness) get communicated on a much larger scale lmao

he is the glue of dream. everybody's favorite protagonist. i think he would do great as some sort of superdiplomat if that makes sense. he'd cruise the cosmos talking to and negotiating with beings from all walks of life

jeno: i think superstrength would be the go-to answer here but i think enhanced vision would be cool too (and funny considering his past need to get lasik surgery HAHA). to me jeno's a very sensitive and observant person, especially when it comes to his surroundings and the needs of his loved ones. i don't know what exact type of vision he'd have (maybe x-ray or 360-degree?) but enhanced vision would be a good reflection of how he constantly seeks things/people out + wants to get to know them/make sure they're okay. plus overall it's just a very fun power to have, even in situations that don't require some lifesaving

side note: i know it's a much more popular choice for mark, but jeno would also make a great spiderman 🙏 hyuck can be his gwen stacy

haechan: invulnerability i think, in the sense that's he's like a human shield against weaponry/physical harm. to me hc is both an unstoppable force AND an immovable object. there's just this sense of determination that bleeds out in everything he says and does. man's so inflappable sometimes that it's almost scary (alternatively though he can be likened to/modeled after chris evans' portrayal of johnny storm/the human torch. it'd be hot! pun intended)

jaemin: ok this one's self-indulgent but necromancy............ as resident crytid of the group i think he'd enjoy being connected to the occult/all things spooky. he'd make friends with the things that go bump in the night and all that. or even take up a role similar to that of neil gaiman's Death, helping people come to terms with the fact that they're going to pass once their time comes
