Oru is the one that did Tetia hair in pig tails the frist time. She was having trouble seeing since she started going her hair out. So he put her hair up and then taught her how to it since she love it so much

oh my god i love that. im picturing him panicking since he's only ever "put up" straight hair (pinning his own back haphazardly when his fringe is long or plaiting beldaruit's hair) so he only ties up the shorter bits at the front
