ahhh i’m working on a mnsng omegaverse fic rn! best friend’s older brother trope, omega jsng, jlx roomies and bffs, etc. etc. i posted an excerpt for last week’s wipwed if you want a taste! 😘💕 it’s kind of consumed my life lol but idk when i’ll start posting it. i like to finish fics fully before i start posting 😭 maybe during the new year???

idk what your tweets are in response to so maybe i’m wrong about this case but i don’t think anyone is actually mad about jsvng being praised for showing feminine attributes. but the point people were making about the babygirl thing was that people should be able to be feminine without being called a girl because we shouldn’t gender these traits. womanhood is not some strict set of characteristics like some of you imply (whether you realize it or not) that it is when you call jsvng a girl because he’s being sweet/cute/shy/soft or just wearing pink or whatever. THATS what needs to be unpacked. calling jsvng a girl for being feminine and because you like him as a sub bottom omega and not being able to understand why people are criticizing that is crazy but i guess some of you care more about your right to aggressively call a man a girl than understanding how this mindset affects gnc/trans/nb people and women

Hi! I agree with pretty much everything you’ve been saying about groups trying to hit the American market and changing their sound etc. But for the new single, they didn’t just buy a premade song, they created it together, H@n and Chngbn helped write the lyrics, it’s as much there’s as it is that Z1on1st’s. No one has to like it, or like the change in sound - they even said they knew it would be devisive -but I hate seeing people ignoring the work they put into it.
hey! sorry i didn’t see this to reply for so long! i get what you’re saying and i love the boys but they’re adults who can take criticism. there are songs they’ve done that i don’t like and i don’t mind talking about it. i don’t like this song beyond the Zionists being attached—it sounds like boring western pop from 2015 and there’s nothing wrong with me saying that. if they’re proud of it that’s fine, but i don’t have to like everything they put out, nor do i have to be silent about it so their feelings don’t get hurt (they’re never going to see this first of all but even if they do i don’t care—i’m an adult woman with an opinion on art and they’re adult men who can take criticism). thanks! :)
