hiluuu oki aku akan coba list yah!!! i start my day at five and finish all these sports thingy at half nine sebelum bekerjyah. almost all of them are weightlifting sama variasi cardio
sunday: chest & shoulders
monday: ini biasanya aku puasa jd nggak weightlifting
tuesday: back!!
wednesday: legs
thursday: glutes 🩷
friday: kadang berenang/badminton, variasi cardio sekalian main sama teman-teman di luar gym gt de
saturday: aku rest!!!! krn biasanya hang out. kalau ada free aku long walk 10-15k steps ajah
and goes the cycle:3 untuk nama gerakannya tiap gym aku ga gitu ngeh namanya karena dulu diajarin abangku or latihan bareng teman-teman abang, yg penting sehari megang 5-7 alat. oh iyaa daily walk aku 5-7k yah!! bisa dari treadmill walk incline ditambah berusaha selalu moving like naik transmum dsbnya. hope it helps bb!!! <3
