For me, art is how I wind down. It's my biggest hobby and it's how I express myself. I think I'd go a little crazy if I couldn't get the images in my brain out on figurative paper. Some days it's really hard for me to find time for it though, like when I have my grad school classes after I get home from work. I think the key to finding time is making art something you really want to do. Just today I lined 6 commissions in a row and then as I was sitting there telling myself not to make more art to avoid burnout... I then drew two more pieces. Oops.
