hi hi!! great question! since the theme of the zine is to make sad endings of myths/legends/folklore into happy ones, contributors are asked to work on existing myths. they don't have to strictly follow how the story goes, but must make sure that the important points of the myth are discussed. the 'create the myth as your own/create your own myth' is also visible by changing the ending of the myth as you write your prompt.
