the primary issue is pacing imo; all my biggest complaints—sublots being too condensed and too divergent, character beats being hurried w/out the proper anticipation and marination they had in s1, digression from the main conflict, cheap writing tactics, overuse of montages where actual scenes are necessary—would not exist if the show had at least one more season
