I think it's definitely possible t3, but t2 not so much.
While originally I didn't believe it would happen t2 because they would be loosing out on a lot of money, I think it would also be a terrible choice for the story considering whoever dies's(?) character is still growing and it will be completely stopped for a (very likely) less powerful death for some shock (i cant really see them WANTING to kill a character unless they want to go "hey we CAN kill these characters, but 1. that's a little late because now we are in the last trial and 2. i think w already have that looming over our head for t3, so i feel like anticipation for that would lessen if they killed someone off). Like I feel any sort of character growth in t3 will be 100% more powerful than a death, and we will have a more complete story of them. I've seen like "well they could release their story after milgram" but that still seems like a bad choice...I would rather interpret his story my own way one last time than get it hand-fed to me, that's why I like milgram so much anyway: because so much is up in the air and everyone can have different interpretations of certain events even if it is small, we all have our own unique way we perceive the characters because of what we see.

So in a nutshell: I think it definitely could & probably will happen t3, because it will be meaningful and powerful. I don't think anyone will die in t2 because from a story-writing perspective that is one of the worst things they could do right now
