I think 020308, at the beginning of t1, were all SEEN as the most confident in their mindset regarding their crime. So it could be them sort of standing their ground? (thats probably not the right saying for this but i hope you get what I mean)
Yuno decided the whole thing was a bother, and she honestly still doesn't care what happens and how we judge her.
Fuuta was hellbent on convincing us that what he did was not wrong and that he should be innocent, or the others should be there too (and yeah, I know it was him trying to convince himself too that what he was doing wasnt wrong but that's more t2-ish i think. either way it's solely how he was perceived on surface-level)
And Amane's whole mindset has already been stuck in the ground for a while

They probably would've been ok with that vote being their only vote - because they were so confident that 1. what they did would be vote innocent or 2.
