it's quite horrible how anon completely shadowed over the fact that ok jm cheated but what did he do afterwards? he didnt hide it didnt keep it a secret! he voluntarily told hc about it and risked their relationship ending at that point already!!! even placed their friendship w the others at an awkward position for telling it all and all theyre focusing on is that it was jm who cheated thats quite messed up!! this is fiction everyone in case you forgot

fic wise, jaemin cheated because he got too close to a friend he trusts and loves and sometimes the line can be blurred when you're far from home. again, no justification for his actions here, they're all flawed. why is it JAEMIN? well my writing has a life on its own, i don't actively choose a member and say hey he's capable of infidelity! does that satisfy you, anon?

i dont have the fanciest words to describe my feelings but i want u to know i bawled my eyes when jaemin was being stupid and was holding my breath when they met again at the diesel shoot and was smiling at my phone in the middle of the grocery store when jaemin finally decided to call him
one year ago.. please forgive me!! 🥺 i am so glad to hear that you enjoyed the fic... aaaaaah writing the diesel shoot was one of the hardest parts tbh i had to keep rewriting it because i wasn't satisfied and i had a certain scene in mind i wanted to relay on screen (the damn fight in the dressing room). reading in the middle of a grocery store seems to be such a universal experience i get u so bad. thank you soo much for reading <3
