Maybe... steel/psychic? I'm thinking some kind of machine pokemon with fucked up biological bits. Psychic is the closest available type to "flesh". Actually, normal and fighting are technically closer to flesh, but psychic's better suited to Fucked Up Flesh.
...Anywho, could be a robotic pokemon that has a symbiotic relationship with teeny animal organism cell-based pokemon, or a nervous system-like pokemon that's forget a mechanical body...
