Hmm yes and no? He's not fragile ofc, has some martial arts skills and can punch good. So in terms of a regular 'ability-less' human being probably yes, stronger than average. I mean he had to know some basic self defense aa port mafia executive. But on the other hand I'd say characters like Nikolai or even Kunikida are physically stronger bc of the training, nothing more
