oh wise index, whats the best way to prepare eggs
It depends on what you want..... The versatility of egg is its power.
I think the most fun way to have an egg is poached in eggs benedict. you should have cayenne with your benny also. and poach them with a little vinegar.
but the easiest thing to do with egg is use it to add a little protein to a meal by just scrambling it in there. i would do this a lot, rice and beans and veggie and a little egg. And cheese. cheese + egg is always good, apologies to the haters and/or lactose intolerant
fried egg on top of burger is also an underrated way to have egg.
my delicate constitution doesn't allow me to have eggs for breakfast so i don't have many egg-centric meals. OH! I just remembered tamago sushi that shit rules too. ysee.. how could i choose.
I am not that good at cooking, or maybe it's that I don't have a lot of patience for it, so I don't prepare egg very often. I'm reasonably good at fried egg and scrambled egg, and I think I have successfully hard boiled and poached. But maybe I should become an eggmaster. what is your favorite egg preparation?
