oooh I have lots.. itafushi, itakugi, kugifushi, all variations thereof are 🤌 lowkey dig geto/shoko, gojohime, nobamai, and mechamiwa. THEN we have the rarepairs… shoko/nanami, junpei/nobara, junpei/megumi… got 2 WIPs waiting in the wings for shoko and nanami (yakuza nanami and doctor shoko, plus a more canon compliant oneshot that probably won’t end up being a oneshot about them hooking up as teens and then again as adults), an old office AU for itafushi which.. weh who knows if I’ll get back to, and nothing solid yet but damn I really want to write some weirdo mechamiwa because the possibilities with them are endless but they tend to get pigeonholed into unproblematic sweet baby ship stuff and I personally enjoy seeing my pairings in unbearable agony

You’re welcome but I don’t think I’m acting normal, I think I’m just far enough removed from the situation. like dude the first thing you said to me was threatening to unhinge my jaw on the sidewalk and then block evading across like 3 different sites to continue sending messages. there is a reason you’re getting such volatile reactions from people.

if being online/around certain people or in certain fandoms is affecting you this much you do very much need to step back and disconnect for a while. if not because you feel bad about what you’re doing to other people then at least do it for yourself because this is clearly not good for you either

it depends a lot on where you live and the insurance you have so my advice may or may not be of any use, but to speak on my own experiences in the states, you 100% have to be annoying. Keep faxing, call if you can, leave messages and don’t stop until you get an answer. Make an appointment and go in if you can. it’s going to be exhausting and frustrating and you’re going to feel like banging your head against the wall, but we have to advocate for ourselves because no one else will do it for us!! I went to my GP first, she got me started on SSRIs to start, but couldn’t do much as far as actually helping me find a therapist or psychiatrist so from there I had to do the leg work.

Psychology today has a seriously amazing therapist finder, you search by location but you can narrow your choices down specifically by what type of insurance they take, what they specialize in, even gender or age or what issue you need help with. Then? Call everyone. Finding someone that has an opening might be extremely difficult I don’t want to play down how frustrating it might be, but if you have a therapist they have psychiatrist they work with and can give an actual referral for (like I said my GP couldn’t do that for me which suuucked). I was lucky too that my therapists office is really good about insurance and were able to match me with someone in network. Otherwise do you homework! Check with the office, check your insurance, check both ends and make sure you’re covered so you don’t get fucked.
