For todays reminder: Pain hurts but numbness would be worse. When the bad things happen, I know its so hard to get thru it.. its impossible to accept the advice to enjoy the process of the pain. Yet, the bad feeling of it will helps you learn and grow to be a better person. You are the strong person you are today beacuse of the hardships this life has presented to you. Take a deep breath and learn from the pain. You’ve got this, West.
