Pinch hitters will be selected from the applications, and may be contacted about possible openings before December 15th. Applicants who clear our review process, but aren't selected as contributors, will remain in consideration if they have indicated interest in being a pinch-hitter. In the event that a spot opens up for one of the applicant's selected characters, they'll receive a follow-up email with an offer to create for the available character. This may happen at any point between September 2nd and December 15th!
