Pfft okay okay. So,, I watched about 1-2 minutes before the timestamp you suggested to at least gain a little bit of context... I still barely had any.
I've never seen this movie before and I've only vaguely seen people talk about it in the past few weeks but nothing more so my reaction is totally blind.

A guy is taken in to what looked to be a military base and this general guy and a lady talk to him about some monster thing. I assume the guy knows the person they show him, which he turned into a lizard person bc of some mutations that was at the bottom of the Pacific's(?)

He not super hot but still would. That tail kinda got me fucked up 😩

The CGI where they show footage of the lizard guy attacking that guard was hella cheesy and typical for a 2004 movie, but it works, it's charming.

7/10 would probably watch the whole movie later
