What's your coping mechanism when you are drained, but still have to do your responsibilities? I need tips and trick 😬

well-well, fOR ME, i prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance (i give my full attention on completing the most critical ones first). then i break down larger tasks into smaller to prevent overwhelm! (alias dicicil) taking short breaks between tasks helps me recharge as well. (penting!!!) oh and staying organized with lists and schedules helps me stay on track. 🤓

I usually take a short break from everything. Just me and myself being alone, sorting out the possibilities that I could do to feel better again. Not always working, but it worth to try.

I would buy myself a dessert, play good songs or just simply cry while doing the works 😭

I used to sleep as my coping mechanism, but if you sleep too much it's not a good thing to do. So I keep carry out my responsibilities, but I have to know the limits, how long I can handle it. If I think I can't handle it anymore, I might as well do something else like doing my hobbies or you can talk about the problems you are facing with people you trust. I'm sure you can do it. You just need someone who can courage you more. But don't forget you have to fill your needs, like sleep or eat something.

depending on whether it is affected by a certain time or not. but i prefer to do it straight away because i'm the type of person who gets distracted easily. if i have more time, i prefer to eat while watching or doing what i like and then continue my activities

My coping mechanism is actually not very healthy, but I usually just.. cry while doing it. 😭
