Are resources used/created during translation, for example material/design information for helping creating text graphics like button textures, or information acquired from reverse-engineering/custom code added to game, that may help someone else make their own mods/TLs, usually disclosed/documented with the patches, or can be disclosed upon request?
Unfortunately, we don't actively document things, but we have made write-ups before like this one for Puyo Puyo Chronicle, so you can just ask and we can usually put a post together! We don't really document things actively because it's a lot of effort for something that we aren't sure will be very useful (or interesting) to the average player.
