Will the zine be available to purchase post-preorder?
Hello! The zine will be open for leftover sales once all preorders have been shipped, but we cannot guarantee availability of product stock since we will only order a set amount based on our preorder count. If you have something specific you'd like to get, we recommend getting a bundle during preorders, thank you!

You said all decisions may be pushed back to Oct 4. at the latest - are you able to provide an updated timeline for zine planning at this time? If not, do you know when we can expect one? (ex. if you decide to go forward after the interest check, when can we expect acceptances, assignments, etc.)
Hello! Thank you for the continued interest! At this time, we've finished a meeting to sort out our plans for the future: if we do continue with the zine (after the most recent announcement), timelines will be updated on the respective websites by the 4th of October (and most likely not more than a few earlier, apologies)!
As of the beginning of September, the remaining mods have decided to move forward with the zine for as long as there is interest, since we feel that the community shouldn't be defined by the actions of the company. However, we understand the bag of mixed feelings that have resulted from Project Moon's actions, and every time they've released a new update on the controversy, we've had to re-evaluate our actions for interest viability.
That being said, we really appreciate the words of encouragement everyone gave us, and we hope to deliver the zine safely as long as people are interested.

Does the zine switching over to charity zine mean that contributors will not be paid?
Thank you for asking -- we are still working out the semantics of exactly what we wish for a "charity zine" to encompass, and have taken the concern of paying our contributors into account.
Because we wish to pay all of our contributors the fair amount they deserve, we are considering an option for contributors to decide whether or not they would like to donate their profits to a charity, or alternatively splitting the profits between our contributors and a charity. However, none of this (including whether or not we will proceed with a charity zine) is set in stone as of yet, so we appreciate the patience and support!

Just a few clarifications regarding what you said about “picking from your existing contributor application pool” - did the team already have a set list of accepted applicants prepared for the original August 8th decisions? I assume your statement means you’ll probably be redoing acceptances, but will previous decisions affect how you select applicants if continuing with the zine?
Additionally, are the mods willing/able to disclose if any previously invited guest contributors are still collaborating with the zine, or have pulled out of the project?
As of the date of the controversy, we had already finished grading contributors and were prepared to send out emails. Current, everything has been delayed (up to October 4th at the latest) as we've tried to figure out how to navigate the current situation.
We are discussing on the mod side, but currently we don't plan on reopening applications and will proceed with our previous application selections.
We plan on making a complete status update that will include this information once we have sorted out things on the back-end, thank you for your patience!

Submitted applications from our previous contributor application have already been evaluated -- there is no need to reapply, thank you for the patience.

What will happen to the existing contributor applications? Will those who've already signed up have to reapply or will they automatically be considered/accepted once the 2nd interest check concludes?
If we continue with the zine, we will pick from our existing contributor application pool! However, the number that we previously stated we would accept may change depending on whether or not we choose to downsize the zine.

I hope its okay to stream my piece? I'm mostly a VTuber now (in terms of online activities)
Hello! We request that all contributors DO NOT reveal their piece to the public (including streaming) while the zine is ongoing.
Previews using the zine's designated preview template will be supplied at the end of the creation process, however we require that the full piece and any work-in-progress versions be under temporary NDA until the zine is complete.

Do you know how many contributors per role category (page, merch, writers) you will be accepting?
We will be accepting 32 page artists, 3 merch artists, and 7 writers! This number does not include the guests that are already a part of the zine, so this is exact number we will accept from contributor apps.

If we submitted our applications fairly early on but have since produced new work that better displays our range, how would we edit our application? For example, if we sent a google drive link, should we notify the team somehow that the contents have changed, or will you not be reviewing content in the portfolios until the application forms have closed?

Will you only be allowed to draw once piece for this Zine(so likely picking one game to draw for)? And are comics allowed for this zine or is it only single illustrations?
Page artists are limited to 1 piece for the zine! Page (single vertical piece), spread (two-page horizontal piece), and comics (two-page max) are the possible options for Page Artists at the moment!
Merch artists will be designing 2-3 pieces for the zine.
We will be assigning which media our contributors draw based on their interests! Page artists will likely only be able to draw for 1 piece of media, while merch artists are allowed to pick multiple media to create merch for since they have multiple pieces to create (e.g. one WonderLab bookmark and one Limbus keychain is OK).
Alternatively, if we run into cross-media AU content (e.g. WonderLab x Lobotomy Corporation, or Limbus Company x Lobotomy Corporation, that is also allowed! We will be deciding this depending on contributor pitches.
