actually i use zázhong/杂种 on a lot of my accounts, not just patreon! it has a layered meaning (especially with how i tie it back to myself), directly translating to hybrid (usually with context for canines - think "mutt" or "mongrel") but it can be used as a curse (bastard, bitch). 狗杂种 is also used ("dog bastard"). just any variation of "dog" is used as an insult in chinese, generally speaking. however /i/ use it for a multitude of reasons but mainly because of my alterhuman identity - i don't really like the world alterhuman though so i'd prefer if i wasn't called it - and my anglo-irish ancestry. but that's a really long story and a lot of explanation/world history so the short version is i like the word and tie it back to my identity in a really weird way.
