i'm a huge Anna Karenina guy, i think i have read it like 3 times. Madame Bovary rules, and i also love Marja-Liisa Vartio's version (Kaikki naiset näkevät unia) of it. also something from James Welch but i'm not sure if his true masterpiece is Winter in the Blood or The Death of Jim Loney
