s+r qotd yes or no answer (for once!)

i firstly, specifically ask that you answer with either yes or no. your answer will mean much less to me if you don't follow that rule and we all know how much you guys care about how much you mean to me! (kidding, it actually won't because i love you all. but follow my rules man. comment on ur post or something)

can you personally understand why exactly (this is a stupid question, just a warning) i would want to change my banner even though it's "valuable" to some extent?

can you see that it's hard to both support "well, it has no value, actually. if having a cute theme would make ME happier then who cares?" as well as "but a theme shouldn't define happiness to any extent, nor should it define your being to any extent, which, like, you sort of think it does. plus, it makes you like sort of unique; the same as your username and everything else about you that you refuse to change."

do you empathize (possibly within yourself) the struggle of online existence as you have to choose between constantly fleeting personalities and perspectives on yourself (that you probably don't even know because you are possibly the ONLY ONE who cares) that other have, vs the (likely futile) attempt to stay consistent just to prove to, again, possibly no one, that you can DO it and the fact you are unique and you is good?

so, once again, can you see how this is a conflict for me? or, can you see this in yourself? do i sound absolutely insane? feel free to answer ALL of these with yes or no.

also YES i DO know that almost every 'coherent' sentence that leaves my mouth or comes from my keyboard makes close to no sense and is vague, easy to misunderstand, generally useless, and results in people feeling like: "???" as a human emotion!!!!!! i'm aware unfortunately it has no cure so my bad guys
