Ahh I see what's happened. It was never claimed in the first place, meaning it's not a re-claim, it's a normal claim. That's mixed with the fact it's currently admin-disabled - it seems that claims off the back of an admin disable weren't tested with standard claims.
So, I will need to fix this so that it becomes available to claim. To make it fair I will:
Disable claims on /angel
Fix it
Annouce a day a week in advance

Enable claims at the annouced times
