Why are URL claims coming out hours or even days earlier than they're supposed to? Isn't that unfair? An example is /usagi. The claims began around 6~12 hours before it was supposed to be open.
Ahh maybe the claims are starting at midnight rather than at the exact same minute. I thought this was long fixed, but I'll investigate on Monday.
